I would like to initiate a complain that I recently faced due to some operational issue by air india and I missed my flight.
1st problem :
If I am trying to see the pnr to get checkin, it did not showed me anything but when I tried to get this via email in modify, I got the full itinerary.
2nd problem :
I do not know who made mistake but when I removed my infant from prn, it removed whole pnr. How it is possible? Is there any technical error or some difficult steps to remove infant?
3rd problem
If itinerary got changed or cancel, why I did not receive any email?
4th problem :
I got to know from help desk that you should not remove infant from same prn. Then why it is even possible to do if it will delete the whole itinerary. Why you even allow anyone to modify it when your operational team cannot handle it?
I am very disappointed with the services and what ever I faced at airport when I was waiting there for 4 hours.
Attached my flight info from delhi to JFK but still air india did not allow me to get in.
