Air India — worst service/lost baggage/rude behavior

Hi,
I travelled to us through air india and this is the biggest mistake i have ever made in my life. I arrived india on 20th may and got to know that one of my red suitcase is missing.

Here is the glimpse of worst experience:

1. Had to call multiple times air india for continuously 4 days for my baggage

1. The bag was handed over to courier services on 22nd by air india
2. I asked air india to ask the delivery person to call me via email and i received confirmation from air india that courier person will give me a call
3.in 23rd morning, i called air india to check the status and they gave me number of ram kishan
4. I called him and he said that baggage will be delivered between 10 pm to 2 am as they only deliver bags between these timings
5. I called air india to complaint and received call back from them ensuring that it will be delivered by 6:00 pm today and same was communicated over email
6. Kanhaiya from dtdc team called after some time and said that he can only deliver the bag by 10 pm. We feel like that we are left with no other option and agreed to same.
7. Till 9:30 pm no one called me so i called kanhaiya to check the status and he said that his van is punctured and will take some time.
8. I called ashutosh singh 5 times who is the manager of dtdc, number was shared by air india staff but no one picked
9. I called air india again and they spoke with ashutosh and gurranted me that he is going to call back in next 15 minutes. No one called
10. I again received a call from kanhaiya stating that please forgive me but i can only deliver by 12:00 am

I feel like that i have done a mistake by choosing air india. It's been 4 days and i m still without my luggage. I don't know who delivers at night between 10 pm till 2 am.
