My flight was cancelled from bangalore to mangalore on 5th september 2016 and email was sent regarding cancellation from air pegasus to cancel or modify the ticket. Tried calling the customer care 100 times for many days, no response. Moreover, when i tried cancelling the ticket i was charged 1500 inr how outrageous. This is a fake company and must be sued. I will raise a complaint in consumer court plus will start a twitter feed to transport ministry Was this information helpful? | |||||

Same problem for me now for ticket on Pegasus Flight from Trivandrum to Bangalore on 14th Sept 2016. Can anyone advise urgently on how to get full refund. Or Rs 1500/- to be shelled by me on the Pegasus 's mistake.
