Hi airstate courier services,

This is santosh, from chennai writing this letter to complain about the worst services of your courier service.
My father has posted me a courier long back around 3-4 aug'2017 and i didn't receive it till now. When posting, the person who is in kakinada office quoted that it will be delivered by saturday or worst by monday (7 august).

1. I didn't receive it and i have been checking with my room mates and security guard daily waiting for its arrival.
2. And, upon tracking it on your website, it showed that the status date is showing as below.

Date location status branch
16/02/2017 hyderabad shipment sent to chennai

3. I still wonder how is 16/02/2017 possible? Later thought of checking it as that might be any issue with the data, even now it is showing the same data and same status.
4. I have called to kakinada office and he asked me to sms the waybill number, i did it and didn't receive any status, later called again and then he says that the courier delivery address is not under their service?

So, why did you people accept the package for courier if it is out of service?
I can manage and approach some other courier service for sending it if you have said that before right?

And that too i got the status of it only after i tried calling you people? And they are peacefully saying that the address is not under our service?

So, okay, let that be out of your service? And you wont tell me that info via phone? Did you try to call the customer? What if there is an important thing in the package which needs to be delivered?

Is this a courier service?
I scolded him and said that i will raise a complaint. Later he sent an sms saying that 'call our chennai person, he will tell you the status'

I didn't understand one point here, you want me to approach the chennai office and collect the package? Then what is the use of sending it via courier? You are ditching the meaning of a courier.

And finally, i left my thought to track it as it may a take a month for you to deliver.
I waited to get any status so that i can raise complaint, i was busy and i couldn't raise it.

Now today (18 august), i got a call saying that we will try to deliver the package, i denied and i replied him saying that i will raise a complaint, just follow the steps which you management says to you.

I am now mailing the head office, and i will wait for your reply, any way i am going to register this as the consumer complaint under govt of india., and let govt know about the good services you provide to customers.

I can explain you better over the call, as i couldn't write everything on the mail here.
