I sent some important paper on 11 March,2013 from Jaipur to Katima (Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand) via Air State Couriers but till now my courier hasnt reached. They assured me that the courier will be delivered within 2 working days but it has already passed 18 days ! My Receipt Number is 70585381, and I have been given numbers as :[protected],[protected],[protected], and every time I try to inquire , they don't clearly tell, whether my parcel is lost or is still under way to be delivered. Because of the mis-handling of my important papers, I have already taken loss of nearly Rs.72,000/ from the courier company, and I am still unclear, as whether I will be able to get my paper or not. Air State Courier — Lost of Documents
I Posted a courier containing my important documents on 9th Feb 2008 from orissa and it had to receive at Hyderabad.But still it is not received at respective places.I already went to the courier office couple of times, but each time they are harrasing me.
