Airasia — bhubaneswar airline staff

My name ARAVIND KUMAR IYYAPAN. My passport number R0863135 made a booking of AIR ASIA flight on 24th April for flight from bhubaneshwar to Malaysia on 29th april but after the transaction succeeded, my emigrate reference number: 448014 . my emigrate was approved. But the bhubaneshwar airport staff check my emigrate. but result is no fount. so we was say not possible. we are asking my emigrate not approved. i need prove for company's verification. please send the prof as soon possible. i[censored] not reverd me back, i will contact to airline higher official.
