Aircel — 1)my number subscribe to some subscription and money deducted 2)dnd service active still getting company call. 3)no assistance from customer care side

1)'NYASA subscription' activated by itself and Rs 2 deducted. not only this after 30 min Rs 8 deducted for 'UPE3G8' customar care people are not listening and blaming myself for act.this happened for many times.when ever it looks as if i am winning the argument with customer care they either disconnect the call or change the topics(i have recording) 2)DND service activated on my number on 3-11-14 still today[protected] i am getting calls from [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] (details are present in my mobile) 3)customer care people are unwilling to write complaint.first they told me to call after 4 hour, after wards they told to call after 2 hour.then made certain arrangement such that i am unable to call them with my number.
