[Resolved] Aircel — 24 days since aircel has not resolve my complaint | |||||
Hello, My number is [protected] and you can see all my complaint details and how many times aircel supervisers have excalated the issue. I have done a 89/- recharge on 31st of last month and it has been 23 days since i have not recieved the benefit and i am being charged 2p/second. Now aircel says they wont give me a refund of 89. They wont give me a refund for the extra being charged from my number. All they say is its a technical issue on our end, we will fix it in two hours and call you. How many times can I call up? Please let me know where I can file a case and I will do it. Aircel can not scam customers like this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
