Aircel — 3G speed issue,unethical behaviour of the customer care guys | |||
My number is [protected]..I received a message that I had consumed my 100% 3g data and now the speed i will get will be of 2g. within minutes of getting that message i recharge my account with rs 1397/- for 15 gb 3g dtat for 28 days ..and get the confirmation message from aircel that I have recieved 15 gb 3g data ats Name/Number:DD-AIRCEL Time:[protected]:12:20 Content: You have Received 15 GB 3G/2G internet speed upto 7.1mbps with 28days Validity, TNC Apply. now after that also i was not getting the speed og 3g but it remained of 2g as after finishing of the 100% 3g data., so i registered a complaint with the data department and they gave me a time limit of 24 hours to resolve the problem. Busy with my work, I start calling them after 24 hours but there is no proper response from the aircel guys ..one of the wanted me to do some recharge into the main account and i did that too but the problem persisted and is persisting till date . when i called again to get the answers they transfer the call to their seniors and put me on hold, nobody answered, I call again I am put on hold by the senior, I call again this time the senior member took the call and i suppose he placed the receiver down and was not speaking though i was able to hear voices from the other side people shouting laughing everything .the fourth time when i call and threaten them that i m recording the call and will stream it on social media they answer... they tell me that i havn, t got any data balance in my account so my problem is persisting ..so i tell them the transaction number, time of recharge, confirmation message time from aircel, so they take my complaint again. and give me a time of 24 hrs to solve the problem. now the issues do you dont have the idea how to hire people for ur customer care? do you realise that the ur customer care guys on senior desk are utter and have no work ethics? did i buy a 3g recharge or i bought this issue out of 1397/-? who is going to be liable for the days being lapsed out of validity of 28 days for resolving the issue? well i must say that i[censored] could pls avoid aircel because they are thieves, , liars and bunch of arrogant who think that they stand above the consumer.
