Aircel — [protected] portability problem

I need to port my aircel number [protected] to vodafone in. But I do not have the UPC code. Please send me the UPC code.Due to network issue I cannot get the UPC code. Aircel has provided the method how to get UPC. But it is not working. So I need your help. Kindly send me the UPC for the aircel number [protected]
