Aircel — about port out

I Send my port out request from my mobile number;From feb 28 to till date but there is no use...And my no is [protected], also i didnot get any reply...for this purpose only i register my complaint againts the Aircel Network...I used this Mobile no for past 15 years...i didnot know what i can do...please help me
