[Resolved]  Aircel — about the recharge and customer care misbehavior

Today at 8:30pm i recharged my aircel number of rs345 from tapzo (Reference id:dlr[protected] after checking the best offer on my number at 121 where it shown that i will get - unlimited call local/std and 1gb/day for 70 days. But i got neither instead i got 1gb/day for 28days only. And when i called their customer care number at 198 they misbehaved and repeated same thing for all time that you must have knowledge that's why you have recharged with that amount and only through retailer you will get the offer not through online recharge but no where it was mentioned that the benefits will not be available at online recharge. I also asked for the place where it was mentioned but they did not answer that question and disconnected my call.

No i haven't received the complete benefits i only received 3g data(1gb/28days) even your customer care executive told me that. My talk time is getting used when i'm calling.
