[Resolved] Aircel — abusive customer service | |||
Sharing my aircel spencer plaza chennai office experience: Today i have gone to do name change for four of my company numbers. I went with all required letters at 12 pm, there were new nine requirements provided with formats by counter no 5 lady staff. I completed all nine requirements and reached office again at 6pm, i waited for half hour and i was sent to a counter 4, where the staff verified and told two of the customer eligibility form were received from abhiramapuram cell city which cannot be accepted here. I got the forms here again and got signed by concerned persons and reached office again at 7pm now i was sent to counter 3. Counter 3 person did not know the requirements he enquired with counter 5 person then she told for seal is not clear in some proof inspite of additional clear round seal. Then counter 3 person checked with counter 4 person he told theft annexure was missing which were not part of the nine requirements. I was shocked Then again counter 3 person checked with counter 2 person she told the documents are signed by two directors and only one must sign. Then avinash (Tall fair guy) working in counter 7 himself intervened and said the document must be signed only be one director and not two, i told this was not part of the nine requirements and this is my third counter today and now you are saying this so you need to process with two signatories which is something additional and if signatory is missing then it is valid but if something is additional it is fine then he starting abusing me, humiliated and insulted me and used rude words like "i cannot give you name change requirement" "you can complain to whomever you want" "manager is not here you can go anywhere" he was using unrespectful tamil words "poda" Was this information helpful? | |||
