Aircel — Account balance deduction

I had already complained about my balance deduction but no action was taken .again this time i have to face the same problem .my balance rs 24 got deducted from my account .today i had recharged with 30rs .i talked to customer care two times - first one said - it will be refunded .and when i didnot get the money back i called them once again this time they said it will not be refunded .
Take some action soon, so that i could get my money back . my no is- [protected]
