[Resolved]  Aircel — Account Balance Deduction for unsolicited packs

Aircel is simply duping customers by activating packs on their own. I have lost more than 22 Rs in last 6 days. On registering complaint with customer care they say that amount will be refunded in 48 hours which never happens. Their customer service is so pathetic. There is so much background noise that it takes 5 mins to understand what the person is saying! I am fed up with your service !! My no: [protected]

Thanks for your quick response and registering new complaint for my issue. But its not working (I think eyewash).

AIRCEL not refunded any amount for my above problem and I got a message "video talkies service stopped".
But still I have been charged Rs. 30 on 11th September (I'm not sure what service they have activated and charged.).

Again Day before Yesterday (14th Sep) I have recharged Rs. 65.
Yesterday(15th Sep) afternoon I came to know they have charged around 50
Rs for some reason. But I have not received any message for that (Great
service example). I'm on emergency on that time. I called customer care
and asked the reason. They said, "You have charged for some reason. But
details not available. Please call after 48 hours. It could be because
of internet usage". But still I have some MB internet balance (Attached
screenshot). Really he don't know the reason.(What he can do. He was
from some third party call center guy. Working for money in shifts.) ".
Finally I borrowed a phone from unknown person and called. Its a most
irritating situation.

Its my worst experience with AIRCEL. I'm using this connection for more than 7 years.
AIRCEL, If you want money you can beg from customers. But don't cheat.

I have not posted this for Resolution. Its my frustration. I will leave
from this AIRCEL service with in couple of days. Anybody have the
problem in network please don't fight with customer cares (they are also
just a employees like us). Give a chance to other networks. I think
they can understand the customers.

I have been charged Rs. 30 and Rs. 5 (I think 3 days once) for video talkies and something called tinny tv. But i have not activated these unwanted stuffs. I called customer care and registered a complaint 4 or 5 days back. Yesterday i got a message as "problem resolved". There is no repayment happened.

And requested customer care executive to de-activating these feature before solving this issue to avoid further charges. They agreed and said de-activated. Today i got a message "Your video talkies at Rs 50 is auto renewed for 15 days."

Today i tried to reach customer care many times, its saying "all executive are busy call back later".

Really disappointed on this poor service from AIRCEL. Are you trying to earn money from this way. If it continues, surely no one will continue using AIRCEL.

Again I have been charged Rs 10 for some other service! And I am not even able to call customer service may be they have blocked my number. Now this is ridiculous. Pls refund my money and make sure that this doesn't happen again. My AirCel no [protected]
