Hi team,

You activated nyassa astrology service on my contact number without my knowledge. I did not subscribe to this service at all. My account is being debited rs.30 and is being automatically renewed. It's the third time that you guys activated this kind of service and this time.

Please respond immediately and deactivate this service and waive off or refund the deducted amount asap.

As checked, you have been charged Rs 30/- for the activation of Nyassa Astrology (VAS Service) on December 19, 2017, via SMS mode, post double consent from your end. Services already deactivated. Hence, charges are found correct and Rs 30/- will be credited to your number within 24 hours as one goodwill gesture.
