Aircel — Activating vas without confirmation | |||
Its happy that at lease we can tell our issues to someone. I am using aircel sim card since 2 years, number is [protected]. Aircel will activate VAS packages without any intimation and deduct money(for example consider my today's billing details) . When I called customer care, they are not speaking english and I know little tamil, if ask to transfer the call they will not do so and when asked about this they are saying it will be activated automatically when you are browsing internet.Is that my fault...It happened again and again. this time i am raising complaint. And i am unable to reach their complaint number 198, always saying "busy with high call flow" at afternoon 2 PM. Please provide solution. Was this information helpful? | |||

Amount deducted date & time : 24/02/2015 around 12:00 or 13:00
Amount deducted: 50 Rs (happened 2, 3 times previously but didn't note the dates)
After deduction I didn't receive any message but called customer care they said there is some "video talkies" package activated and caused deduction. More over you can see all my account details for any reference.Please change your system settings if it is auto process to activate the package.

Again there is some SMS from aircel mentioning SMS pack is activated but I didnt receive the deducted amount.
Now there are two issues
1.Dedected amount for Video talkies
2.SMS pack is activated.
This is not easy for customers flowing up with aircel for daily new issues, please change your system from annoying customers.
Note: I called 198 five times since morning but always getting all executives are busy call after some time announcement.Really wasting my office time.
