[Resolved] Aircel — activation of a duplicate sim card | |||
On 30th of jan i applied for a duplicate sim bearing no [protected] from aircel retail outlet as i lost my mobile. I paid ₹25.00 and got my sim. They said it would take 24 hrs to get activated. But now it has been over 24 hrs and still my sim's position remains the same. While i came to know from the customer support team from aircel that the outlet has not initiated my replacement process yet. I guess i don't have to emphasize the importance of a carrier nowadays. There i would like to request the consumer forum to kindly take necessary action against the retail out of aircel or aircel. Was this information helpful? | |||
