On 08/12/2015 I got a message from AIRCEL, and it was like this : "Dear Customer we acknowkedge your concern and the reference number is 1-[protected]. We shall revert to you by 10/12/2015. Now download the mobile App". But as you see, today is 10/12/2015 but there is no action from their side!

As per system check you have been charged for activation of recharge pack Rs.2, Rs.3 & Rs.5 on 4th & 5th Dec'15. Apart from that no other deduction is found on your number. Also no Value Added Service is active on your number.
