[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel 3G Data | |||||
My Aircel number is [protected], I recharged this number on 1-oct-15 with 693 for 6GB 3G data. From 13oct onwards the speed was droped to 2G (50kbps), when I checked it was showing that there is no data balance available for 3G. But I am sure that we have not used more than 3GB I usually get alert from aircel once 60%, 80% is consumed, but I didn't received such message this time. When I contact customer service, they keep saying that as per thier system I have consumed 6Gb. and not even ready to check whether their system has fault or not. Just get out of these companies, and get some other valuable broadbrands instead of mobile data. Was this information helpful? | |||||
