As per our system records, we have verified your account details and found that, on dated 9th June 2015 at time 09:09:18 an amount of Rs 35/- was deducted from your account towards renewal of “FUNTV” content service pack, which was subscribed earlier through transaction mode WAP. As the amount was charged towards renewal of the content service, we regret to inform your that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regards. However as per your request all the VAS service pack have already been deactivated from your number on dated 9th June 2015. Further if you wish to avoid service/products promotions you may activate Do Not Disturb. To subscribe for DND kindly send SMS START0 to 1909(Toll Free) which will take 7 days to register and post that all promotional calls and SMS to his number would be stopped. Thanks a lot for coming out with the solution. My question is why you deducted that amount of Rs.35 dated on 09th Jun 2015 and also check my previously account details, deducted amount in the name of VAS Service, can you have a look over it. Then you will come to know, how much i lost. Any how you are not going to return the money. Please take as a fund from my side to you.
