Dear AIRCEL, There are some THEIF in your company, they are LOOTING my money from my main balance in the name of VAS SERVICE without my permission. They are repeating this so many times with me and also with my friends. I am sure they are spoiling your reputation and well being. Thanks a lot for coming out with the solution. My question is why you deducted that amount of Rs.35 dated on 09th Jun 2015 and also check my previously account details, deducted amount in the name of VAS Service, can you have a look over it. Then you will come to know, how much i lost. Any how you are not going to return the money. Please take as a fund from my side to you.


I like the way of your reply, just informing you are deducted for this, (Which is taken without my knowledge), without understanding the user worries.

As per our system records, we have verified your account details and found that, on dated 9th June 2015 at time 09:09:18 an amount of Rs 35/- was deducted from your account towards renewal of “FUNTV” content service pack, which was subscribed earlier through transaction mode WAP. As the amount was charged towards renewal of the content service, we regret to inform your that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regards.
