[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel auto renewal and loss of balance reg | |||
Hello, I once activated roaming plan on my mobile number : [protected] for Rs25/- and since then it keeps on renewing automatically! Every time I recharge for about Rs300 and Rs25 gets cut automatically towards the roaming plan. Upon repeated calling to the aircel customer care No. they simply say that you have some VAS activated in your mobile No. and you need to disable that by calling 155223 but it was of no use. I can clearly see that my roaming plan is getting auto renewed and due to that the balance is getting cut. I request you to please look into the issue and refund my amount at the earliest. Another concern is 3G service! I have complained that there is no 3G signal properly coming in my locality. Only 2G is coming, I have dual network mode enabled and I have a 3G capable handheld and a usb datacard. Both only show 2G network. They told the issue will be resolved within 3-5 working days which never happened even after 15 days. My address is nearby prashant gardens, new sainathpuram, Dr AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, AP 500062.
