Aircel — aircel - cannot port as last 5 digits of sim number not matching

I tried to port my current aircel number by sending message at 1900 but didn't received any upc code. When i tried to port from another service provider by calling at [protected], i was unable to do that as my last 5digits of the sim card is not matching with the records. Please see to this matter asap.

I tried to port my current aircel number by SMS to 1900.But I didn't received UPC. When I tried from other networks by calling to [protected] also was unable to do that as my last 5 digits of the sim card is not matching with the records. Please look in to this matter, since I don't want to lost this number. I am owing this number over 10 years.
Pls if anybody know alternative options let me know.
