Hello, One days before I was charged Rs 5 for a service automatically in my Aircel mobile no +91-[protected]. I have called the customer service and the person who spoke with me, informed that he will register to deactivate the service. But today, Rs 5 is also deducted from my main balance.I want to STOP this service and want to get my balance back. I request you to understand my concern and help me in this regard. balance Rs. 5/- got deducted dated- 11/4/2015 due to Activation of VAS
- CRIC- IMI through WAP. Credit of 5/- - have been posted in
your's A/C from our end dated - 11/4/2015 .
