[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel Customer care complaint

My outgoing call has been barred. I had paid my previous bills and I have time for my due. Without prior intimation or proper reason they barred my call. Customer care is not ready to listen or respond for my queries. Whom do I have to complaint. If customer care is not ready to answer why they have customer care. worst service. Let me know whom should I contact to resolve.

My question is why you barred without prior information and without sending bill. When I called customer care they are not answering. Why they dint say this in call. When I took this scheme they told 2gb net free now they Are saying it's only 1gb.

We would like to inform you that you are in Magic combo 399 plan with Rs.100 rental discount and had 1GB data free there after 2P/50KB. you exceed your freebies (1GB) and utilized 1.35 GB. Hence amount of Rs.482 has been charged. credit limit of the number is Rs.1200, You exceeds your credit limit, hence outgoing barred. You made the payment of Rs.1194 on 23rd Jan. Now the number is active.
