Aircel — Aircel Cutting My Talktime Balance "Main 1 Bal" And Also Cut Some Time In Main Balance

I've Charged 69 Plan And Got 75 Talk Time. Tomorrow 64.49 And Now Balance 49.59. I Didn't Used Calls or Use Internet And They Cut My Talktime. This Is Not Right. Please Accept My Complaint. My Number Is [protected]

@Aircel Thanks For Reply . First Of All I Always Delete Message Of Aircel Videos or Download or Anything Which Have Link or Anything. Previously Also Automatically Cut My Balance And Got Message That I Activated Some Thing ( At That Time I'm Outside Home And Without Any Single Touch To Phone My Main Balance Cut ) And After That 15 Rupees. I Only Want Don't Cut My Balance. This Happens 2 or 3 Times But Now After Complaint No Problem. But Please Think About Custormers We Mostly Charge Phone For Talk Time From Our Hard Earned Money. Now I Don't Want Any Deduction In Future. Bye TC Aircel Team :)
