[Resolved] Aircel — Aircel disconnected outgoing | |||
I have AIRCEL post paid SIM. My credit limit is Rs.675. I got a SMS like your usage amount nearing your credit limit. So I paid Rs.500, with within few minutes I got another SMS like pay Rs. 335 to help us to restore out going facility.So total is (500+335) Rs.835, but my total credit limit is Rs.675, how its possible. So I call to customer care they asked 4 hours time to rectify, but after 12 hours also not rectified. Total 3 times I called to the customer care same response (wait for 4 hours) . Still I am waiting for that 4 hour. Was this information helpful? | |||
