[Resolved] Aircel — aircel in usa not registering to a network

Hi. I am not able to connect the aircel prepaid number to the network. We are trying to receive text messages on my india number. But it is not receiving any message. Tried doing some top up for the number through the aircel website also. That is successful. I am not sure how to proceed further. I think if my sim is able to register to the network, this should be fixed.
