Aircel — aircel is not giving unique port code(upc)

Dear sir,

I am trying to change my aircel number, as there is no network coverage in my area . I have tried switching my phone but nothing happen . I applied for port code on 4th march 2018 but till date I haven't received any response . So your request to kindly look into the matter and please provide the port code as soon as possible as it is my official phone and I am not able to receive any incoming calls .
