Aircel — aircel is not sending port code to me

Please solve my problem aircel is not solving my problem i am sending port message and calling also on there head office number. It's my official number please send port number soon it's my official number so i am loosing my clients please help soon
Sending messages from since 4-5 days to universal port number but aircel is not sending port number
