[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel new sim - incoming call facility blocked

I have moved to Aircel from BSNL through MNP recently. after receiving the sim, I have completed the verification. The retailer done the first recharge of FRC 4 and a topup of Rs 50. I am able to make outgoing calls. but my incoming call facility is blocked, the cutomer care replied that FRC is not done. but i can see that the outgoing call tariff is decreased due to that FRC. Can you please look into this ASAP and do the needful. my aircel number is [protected].
