Aircel — aircel not give me right service

at few day ago i have recharge in my mobile 53 and my wife go to westbangle with a anather sim of aircel, i was recharge on this mobile 29 for romming free but that is not working, than i call customer care but they did not give me right information after few day letter i was again call customer care thats time they give me right information. in betweeen i have lost so many money for recharge..again today onwards free again cancel..they give a charges for call..u tall me what can i do..
