Aircel — aircel not giving porting code upc

I have sent the message "port [protected]" on 1900 many times but did not get the porting code upc.
As aircel has stopped its services so i want to get the existing aircel number ported to some other retailer. For that, i would need porting code upc.

Please help me to get the porting code upc.
