Aircel — aircel not providing upc for mnp

Hi team,

I am trying to port my aircel number [protected] since there is no connectivity in my area but am unable to do so as no upc is provided to me even after messaging on 1900 many times. Please help at the earliest.in case of any alternative method to obtain upc please let me know as i need to port my number at the earliest.
I have also tried to obtain upc by calling [protected] and also by visiting the aircel customer service but still no luck.
