Aircel — aircel not sending upcs

I am requesting for upcs from last one week. Every time i request for code they send me message, please send in proper format. I almost tried sending the message in their requested format for more than 15 times from last one week. When i all customer care they dont receive the call. This is issue is faced by few of friends also who are trying to port their aircel numbers. Please provide the alternate solution for this issue.
