[Resolved] Aircel — aircel post paid service | |||
I am murali and I already held the number [protected]. Its postpaid connection. Since it is postpaid connection, they were charged in excess every month. If I enquire they always says that u used some WAN services.Out of frustation, I gave complaint and request to change it into prepaid. They havenot changed it as early. After I raised some complaint in this forum, they made it changed. During the interaction with the tambaram branch aircel customer care office, they took the complaint for the mode of connection. I paid some 200 rupees extra to stop this funny things. Even then, they were relunctant to change. When I enquire, they said that, the day when I placed the request was the day, next day to my due date. Actually speaking, they should have informed me that. But that was not happened. For that, I paid some amount in excess. But actual issue is they had sent me this month bill. Two months have been passed since the request date. Its very funny to get the bill for this month. Aug 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They are not calling me either messaging me to remind me to pay the bill.
Thats the only confirmation. They may wait for the due date to expire so that they would levy charges for not paying the bill on time.
Let us wait and see. As of now, no communication from their side. Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
