[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel sim card not getting activate

I have lost my mobile of Postpaid Sim, so temporarily took 1 Prepaid Sim at 2 weeks before ([protected]). Have submitted all the required Documents but still that is Not activated.

Took an duplicate postpaid Sim([protected]) from Aircel Store on 4th May'16 and paid my all my outstanding balance too. That also Not activated still.

What is the issue and why should I wait so many days. I am facing a lot of communication issues with this. Please take the relevant action on this.

My number is [protected].I tried to send sms from my number.But it showing "could not send".please solve the problem.
0n 09/02/2016 I purchases a 3G pack of Rs.447 for Aircel prepaid Number [protected] but it is not yet activated yet.
Calls are getting dropped in every 10 seconds... Pls resolve this issue asap..
Plz provide me the last three months tranjactoion on my [protected] aircel number
