[Resolved]  Aircel — Aircel unethically deducted money rs.49

Today by the time 19.32 hrs, a message from dt-aircel came to my mobile that"thank you for choosing snovabits. You have been charged rs 49. Payment powered by snovabit" for that which i haven't subscribed. Kindly refund my rs.49.

Immediately please resolve my problem... The customer care also responded like it was your mistake and you were subscribed that...

Surely aircel makes unethical money deduction process from every one..
Please stop this nonsense from unknown persons.

I have been guided through internet to call 198 to get my puk code.my SIM card has been disabled and I have only 6 more attempts to enter puk code. There is no option to get puk code when I called 198. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. My mobile number is [protected]
