I am using aircel service for past 6 years.
On last month, i purchased a new mobile and got a replacement sim as old sim was in bigger size.
Currently due to network issue, i am not getting calls / messages in subject number.
Hence, i had tried to get the upc code by using[protected]. But i got reply as "mobile no & sim no is not matching with our records. Kindly come back after taking correct details". While trying with my old sim no also, i am getting the same reply.
I had already sent message as "port [protected]" to 1900 on last 04 03 2018. But still upc pending.
Requesting to provide the upc code at the earliest please. Was this information helpful? |
