Dear Aircel. In below mentioned mails already send to TN- Aircel mail id but still the Problem is not solved kindly take the immediate action. Complaint is given more than 9 days but no action will taken from TN- Aircel side; Past week 21/4/2016 i top up my aircel mobile number 80- 77TT. Specific amount is debited in my account. But the aircel actual balance is not up. I given a request to aircel executive on that date she registered the complaint. She said your complaint as been closed on 26/4/2016. Next day i call to aircel customer care and i spoke with executive and i ask what is the status and what about my top up money status. Executive said we can't see the complaint status system is down she said to me call after 4 hours. Based on that i call to customer care after 4 hrs i ask him now tell the status and what about my money. Customer care executive person is not answer my question he said to transfer the call to is team leader he name is Ganesh (Chennai aircel customer care - Zone Chennai) he said to me call after 2hrs. I ask you one thing this is way to treat the consumer/customer. Past 10 years am using the same network aircel i never face like this kind of the issues. Kindly take the immediate action to solve my queries and refund my amount. my compliant no 1- [protected] List of Executives handled my issues:- 1. Suganthi 2. Monika 3. pugazh 4. Ganesh above mentioned persons handled in this issues they are not to know the actual problems. Please depute the trained candidate for customer care persons. Hope you understand the problems and expected the solutions for in this case. Voice recording and message conversations all have my record purpose for further process.
