Hi Team,

I would like to get your attention. Actually from my Aircel mob no. [protected], a beauty services activated automatically & charge Rs 35 from Acc. When I was trying to contact with customer care, the call was got disconnected every time from last 2 days. totally I am not able to contact with CCE. I need my money back with a fine to Aircel company for charging Money from my acc with any prior approval.

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer(pdp987),

We would like to inform that you have subscribed VAS like Beauty world via OBD mode on 11th August’16 for which you have been charged Rs.35/-. The VAS has been activated post your double consent and service has already been deactivated at our end as you have not informed us within 24 hours of service activation date hence no waiver applicable in this regard.
