[Resolved]  Aircel — Amount Deduction without any service

Your customer service is so pathetic i cant tellhttp://www.aircel.com/hone is not activated with any VAS and confirmed by SMS STOP on 155223.and even after that amount is getting deducted daily by MSG NDAIRPI2 service Auto Renewal .If you Cheat like this your license must be terminated.Till yet approx 200 has already deducted.Kindly resolve the issue.

We would like to inform you that as checked your account detail and found that Rs.2/- PI pack was activated on your number which gives 10 MB 2G data/Day for which you are being charged on daily basis and now we have deactivated this pack from your number and no amount will be deducted from your number for this pack.

Your coustmer service is very poor. no. Service activated on my mobile no. But 2rs per day deducted​ in my mob. Balance..I call ur coustmer care executive, they say they deactivate this service if any and I call 155223 for deactivate this service... I found there is no service activated..But everyday I found a msg to deduction of 2rs (ndairp2)...Plz solve my problem..And refund my deducted balance...Coz there is no service activated on my mobile no.
