Aircel — Amount deduction without my knowledge | |||
Hello Aircel team... I had been charged ₹99+₹99 for (unknownly) activated some of the wap service for two times one on 30th june and another one on 2nd July 2015. I had noticed now (4th july) only. The above details are provided by customer care while i had asked about the deduction. They refused to refund my money and even not responding to my words and they suddenly disconnected the conversation.
