[Resolved] Aircel — amount not refunded | |||||
I recharged @ rs-599.00 and 146 through online aircel website. The recharge of 146 was successful but for the recharge of 599 the amount deducted from my bank account but recharge not successful.1 sms received in my mobile and it shows transaction could not be processed at this time. My mobile no [protected]. Please refund my money. I already complained about it so many times but still no response. Even i directly went to aircel showroom and complained about it but they didn't had a knowledge about this issue. I already contacted my bank and it clearly shows amount is debited by aircel and i attached scanned copy of my bank details with this complaint. Please provide me a solution.
