Dear Aircel Team,
This is to you that an amount of 338/- has been take from my credit card for a different user mobile number : [protected].
The above number was used by me till January 2013 and the same requested to disconnect & i have paid all outstanding.
In the month of August 03 i have received a mail as bill alert of the Aircel Number: [protected] / Relationship Number: 1-[protected] / Bill Amount : 338.00 which i was auto registered & cancelled the request in online itself when i disconnect the number.
After i checked my credit card bill statement i came to know that the Bill Amount of Rs 338.00 has taken for the Aircel Number: [protected] which i already disconnected in January 2013.
I have given a complaint to the Aircel office in Spencer plaza. they have taken the complaint & have not any reference / complaint no. The person said it will get closed by two weeks.but there was no action taken on this. so many times i have visited to the Aircel office in Spencer plaza.there is no proper responsibility. I have called through phone also.no response.
Almost 4 months is over.Really don't know what the hell these people are doing...Really i m so fed up with aircel services. this is not at all acceptable.
also i m going to disconnect all the number which my family also using in aircel.
Hope you people will take necessary action on this .
