[Resolved] Aircel — aside of promise | |||
I bought a new aircel prepaid sim card with a promise that i'll get 1gb 3g data each month for a period of 12 months, and a tarrif plan of 20 paise/min all local and std call for 12 months with a promotional balance of ₹80 but now aircel company is not true on it's promise. The company is not giving me any 3g data instead it is only giving me 2g data for 28 days. Which is aside of the company's promise. So i appeal to the company associate, not to make fool to the customers and pay for what they have promised. Was this information helpful? | |||
