Hi Team, I am getting regular message like "Your NDMC170317SMS2" pack has been renewed". Although I have not taken any service and pack. My account balance is reducing due to deductions of this pack. Please stop this auto renewal pack asap. And refund my deducted balance. Even I tried to customer care numbers but not able to connect. Please fix this issue otherwise I will close my number.
