I have a AIRCEL Prepaid connection which I am facing problem with there service and Customer service over the phone.Every now then Value added services are getting added without even any consent and getting renewed as well before even realizing it and getting heavily charged and even no notification are sent before and after doing so.
My points are How a VAS gets added automatically without consent with Re 1 charged and then it gets renewed within 30 mins with a charge of Rs.99 and Rs. 9.
Because as per TRAI Guideline clause 2 and 3b customer should be informed in writing and OBD before doing it which in my case is missing and if nothing is done in this case to refund me the amount will love to contact TRAI as well as consumer forum regarding the same.
