[Resolved]  Aircel — Automatic activation of vas and deduction of money while browsing internet

Whenever i browse internet, lots of ads will pop-up which i don't mind or click anything. And whenever an aircel ad is shown, it will ask to click for subscription activation. Even if don't click the vas gets automatically activated. It sends me sms saying thank you for subscription and you have been charged rs. 35 for this like that. I have lost around rs.176 for activating 3 of these annoying incidents. I want my money back. I am an aircel customer for last 12 years and you should be more careful towards these annoying deductions and automatic activations. Else a lot of true and old customers like me are going to port to some other operator. Number [protected] circle karnataka. My recent deductions are on 1) 17th april, 2016; rs.35.0 for activating social book 75; 2) 21st april, 2016 rs. 35.0 for activating namkeen; 3) 24th october, 2015 rs. 99.0 for activating games club.

Yes the above comments are absolute correct..
For me also, aircel deduct like that many times.
The customer care are very very worst, they don't know anything.
Very worst network.. I am using it for 10 years.. But now i fed up and going to change to some other network..
