[Resolved]  Aircel — Automatic balance cut

My balance is being cut for services I have not subscribed to. I keep receiving messages that this service or that service has been auto renewed. I had just recharged for ₹50 yesterday and today I received a message saying some "Bollywood beauty" has been auto renewed, and an amount of ₹35 was automatically cut, and now my balance is 0. Firstly I don't even know what that service is, and secondly I have never subscribed to it. And this is not the first time this has happened. Just a couple of days back, this same thing happened, so I visited Aircel's website, and tried submitting a complaint to their customer care at the email provided by them, and to my shock, I received a reply saying that their account was full and couldn't receive further emails. Thus my complaint never got registered. So what other options am I left with? Anyway, I want all that to stop. I would like to point out that the only service I need is Calling & SMS. Nothing else. Not even internet anymore. If this happens again, I will discontinue using Aircel.

We would like to inform that amount of Rs.35 got deducted on 08/09/2016 for renewal of BOBE35 service activated on 24/08/2016 through WAP mode. The service has been deactivated & Rs.35 credited in your account on 10/9/2016. Further, we request you to avoid clicking on any flag or link while browsing, to avoid unwanted deductions in the future.

Aircel — For glamour zone 75 money detection.

My name is abdulajees. mobile no is [protected] on aircel network .two weeks ago same problem done and rectified. now also the zone 75 pack was activated. i dont use that pack.the pack was automatically renewal now. and my balance Rs75 was detected at 07-09-16. so refund my balanance to me. and stop that automatically renewal.
